Project Description: Musselman and Hall has performed many projects for the University of Missouri - Kansas City over the last several years to included both asphalt maintenance and concrete maintenance and construction projects. Musselman and Hall recently completed a new asphalt mill and overlay project for the University in the summer of 2018 previous to the start of the 2019 school year. Project manager David Aguilar led the project and worked to pave the asphalt parking lot at the historic Linden Hall Library located in the center of campus.
